What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.How to show Chinese charactors the Fceugc menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chinese charactors,now i see "_____".

Does this issue occur on FCE Ultra for Windows?
Don't have this problom in windows.
What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
3.1.0,on wii.

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
yes.

Please provide any additional information below.
I want to use Chinese name of the roms.
