Scrollbar to fast #223

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:
The scrollbar for the games is a way to fast at the beginning of scrolling.
If I want to scroll a bit I will jump over many games.
The feature to rise the speed of the scrolling is great. But it would be
perfect if the start speed of the scrolling bar would be a way slower.

I'm happy enough with the speed. Unless I get lots of complaints, I'm not 
changing 
it.
