Cant Load Roms like "110 in 1"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1."Loading the 110 in 1" rom

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black Memory dump error Screen

Does this issue occur on FCE Ultra for Windows?
No

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

FCE Ultra GX for Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?

Yes

Please provide any additional information below.

The Black Screen appears and after 8 seconds the console reboots to the
system menu. Im attaching the rom file for futher study.
