location of gg.rom in root of SD

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:
a possibility to store gg.rom in sd://apps/fceugx/ instead of sd://fceugx

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
i am forced to locate gg.rom in sd://fceugx. i want to avoid a cluttered
root of my SD. my roms, cheats and saves are located in sd://apps/fceugx/.
it would be great if the user can specify the location or if fceugx is able
to find gg.rom in the root of the application directory (this is where the
boot.dol is located)

edit: i noticed that my request is almost identical to 'issue 186' which was
cancelled. however i do not request a user-specified location. just an 
alternative
fixed location in sd://apps/fceugx/ is more than enough.

That's not a bad idea, it's easier to hard code a location like this. I'll 
consider 
it.

I think this is a great idea but I see a flaw in it. This would only be useful 
to people running this on the Wii. I 
realize many more people are probably doing just that but what about the 
Gamecube users? I don't think 
anything else can really be done to help them.

Perhaps the same idea, just in a different concept or reversed. What if for the 
Gamecube you are given a 
similar option to include your ROMS, SAVES and CHEATS folders in the same area 
as where you keep the 
bootable application, DOL? Not the most creative idea I know but maybe you can 
come up with something 
better dborth, or perhaps someone else?

Less clutter is always welcome in my book and I think it should be a universal 
one too. If that is possible of 
course. For the record, I'm using FceuGX/Snes9xGX/VbaGX all on the Wii and 
Gamecube both equally. Just to 
remind some that there are those of us who still use the GC versions too. ;-p
