* Follow up for issue 236

Hi Tantric,

I believe that my enhancement request in issue 236 was misunderstood since
I messed up with the description.

I do NOT want A/2 to be mapped to Accept button in the dialogs, nor B/1 is
mapped to Cancel anywhere.

What I really would like is to have both A and 2 buttons enabled at the
same time for selecting/choosing in both vertical and horizontal
controller orientations.

As you can see, B and 1 are both always enabled for changing focus in
either vertical or horizontal orientation. Nevertheless, A is only enabled
in vertical and 1 is only in horizontal.

Do you think it is possible to maintain both A and 2 enabled in both
controller orientations?

Many thanks in advance, and sorry for all the confusion!

Errata: Nevertheless, A is only enabled in vertical and 2 is only enabled in
horizontal.

This would be a fantastic change. Sometimes you just happen to hold the
controller
vertically, even though it is set to horizontal. Then, confusion occurs. Deadly
confusion. With privileges.

Oh my! I just reviewed the code changes for this and I didn't really know it
would
involve so much.

I thought it would only require something simpler like not disabling the button
when
changing orientations.

I really thank you very much for putting your efforts in this. You are awesome!
Thanks again and best regards.
