Asterix graphics are garbled during gameplay #243

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading the game into gameplay shows the graphics all garbled. Only the 
title screen appears fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? While in gameplay, 
the graphics are all garbled.

Does this issue occur on FCE Ultra for Windows? No, game runs and looks 
fine.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii? 3.1.3

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Yes

That game is only PAL, so u have to change the settings to that system on the 
emu.
Once done, the game is displayed correctly.
