4 Player Support #259

Hello,
I was trying to use the 4 players support and it doesn't seem to work. The
game i'm trying trying to play with 4 players is called "nekketsu football
league".

I tried to make it work with 4 players support on my pc but every emulator
I tried did not work with the exception of "Nintendulator". Nintendulator
seems to be the only emulator to make the 4 players support with the game work.

If PC version of FCE Ultra does not support 4-players for this game, I think 
there 
is nothing that can be done, since it comes from the core. Remember this is 
only a 
port of the core to the Wii.

BTW, for other games I have tried, 4-player support works fine.
