Add Classic Controller Support #260

I and many people from Scenebeta Wii Section Want to play on this Emulator
with the Classic controller, not all have a GC controller, and use the
WiiMote is unconfortable

there's already classic controller support, 3rd party controllers are not 
supported.

I'm not sure if this is something you can build into your end as it seems to be 
a 
libogc edit, but someone seems to have found a fix.  It would seem best to 
avoid a 
bunch of unofficial builds!

yes that's an old fix but I can't guarantee the results that's why it hasn't 
been 
added.
