This should fix issue #4 in decoration.js _noTitleBarOriginalState was capitalized wrong and in buttons.js it was using decorated (which the extension overwrites)

There are still some problems that I need to debug Now windows that don't have a stock window decoration show the window decoration (example Chrome)
