Python 3 support for Python code? #164

Python 2 is nearing its end of life (scheduled for 2020) and major Linux distributions switched to or are switching to Python 3.

For example, Fedora 23+, Arch Linux, and Ubuntu 16.04+ have been Python 3 by default and ship only Python 3 in the base install. Python 3 is actively developed, while Python 2 is not.

Please consider porting the MirrorBrain Python code to Python 3.
