Ipv6 prefixes #166

This is my hackweek work which should get mirrorbrain a little bit closer to reality for IPv6 usage

Please carefully review! Let me know stuff you seem missing or that feel wrong.

Once thing I still have on my todo is to have pgsql based prefix matching of the client - but that is merely an optimization on top of this branch later on
