Remove the title field everywhere #45

People had a hard time putting a title to their idea. They knew how to describe it, but didn't know how to name it. We thought about removing the "What Do You Call Your Idea" and going straight to "Please Share a Short Description of Your Project Idea." Now that we're here, let's make it YOUR project idea instead of THE project idea.
