Verify/Delete blockchainInfo collection/dao #862

Verify that blockchainInfo is not used anymore and delete it.

Looks like this was added by @krobi64 and now that I am looking at it more in depth, it looks like it was part of the code for #707, it just does not seem to be hooked up yet, the collection is defined, but the dao is not imported or instantiated anywhere at the app at the moment.
