Rename Poet Article Poster to Poet
Move supporting classes to the includes directory (following WP best practices)
Ensure the Consumer class does not clash with any other class names.
Fix indentation to match Wordpress PHP coding style requirements.

Fixes #16

This is a major restructuring of the WP plugin and will require some additional testing. I have also changed the build tool from make to the PHP build tool Phing.
