How can I send the translation file to Portuguese for EconomyAPI?

You'll need to add the new Portuguese json to resources, update https://github.com/poggit-orphanage/EconomyS/blob/master/EconomyAPI/src/onebone/economyapi/EconomyAPI.php to add Portuguese, then set the language in plugin data config.yml.
