Can everyone tell me what is this error? #35

I don't know what happened exactly here but..... Phar I am using is PocketMine-MP1.7dev-625 OS: Windows Server 2008 Standard R2 64 bit

wah wah reopen this please, this IS the latest version, and I am so headache of this error, spamming my console
