Perms not working #72

Hello im a here to report what i beleve to be a bug. for example i have the plugin "ultra capes" and the permisions that come with it are "cape.cmd" and "cape.{CapeName}" how ever these permisions dont work and the same gose for "FlyPE" and the permisions "flype.command" witch allows player to run the /fly command and no other permisions are working either

Looks like an issue with the plugin or you misconfiguring PurePerms.
