Cannot acess user created comics. #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start app
2. Acess options
3. No option to view comics

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see option to view user created content. This option isn't ther.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1st version on LG Optimus.

Please provide any additional information below.
Comics don't appear in photo gallery, either.

The comics are saved in the Pictures folder on the SD card. In theory Android 
should pick them up from there and put them in the gallery, in practice this 
doesn't seem to happen for everyone.

The Pictures folder is the correct place to save the comics, see: 
http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/data/data-storage.html#SavingSharedFil

This will be fixed by a more descriptive message upon saving (that notifies the 
user about where the file was saved, and that the gallery will eventually show 
it after Android detects it).

The update is already in the master branch and will be included in the next 
release.
