Strange h and N values near lower x-boundary #10

(Only the case for E1 test case) h and N values at the x=0 (left) boundary don't look so physical, e.g. for nx=64, ny=32, one time step of one day: 64x32

This is solved by increasing the grid resolution, here e.g. nx=256, ny=128, everything else the same: 256x128
