Documentation update #44

With the new 0.4.5 release, people are going to look for information on how to use the new features (or how to disable them). There are 2 major places: http://winrun4j.sourceforge.net/ https://github.com/poidasmith/winrun4j

Both these places are not yet up to date. Also note that the first link contains the change log which stopped at 0.4.3.

http://winrun4j.sourceforge.net/ should be up to date now. Might need an F5 to refresh the page. https://github.com/poidasmith/winrun4j/blob/master/CHANGES.md also has the release notes for the new release.

But I will add some further docs to the main pages shortly.
