Implement Desired Auth UX #19

Notes

remove unused code in signin
add onSubmit to signin form to navigate user to dashboard
need to revert this change when we figure out actually calling the API

Before

Auth navigation would break because networking request did not work.

After

Auth navigation now takes you to the dashboard regardless of the validity of your credentials.
