DLC Unlocking Issue Across Game Accounts in Family Group #235

I have two games, G1 and G2, and two accounts, A1 and A2, all within the same family group. When logging into the client with account A1, CreamInstaller successfully unlocks the DLC for G1. However, when logging in with account A2, the DLC for G1 remains inaccessible. Interestingly, when logged into account A2 and using CreamInstaller to unlock G2's DLC, A2 cannot access G2's DLC either. Surprisingly, when subsequently logging back into account A1, G2's DLC becomes accessible again.

I have tried reinstalling Steam and clearing C:\ProgramData\CreamInstaller, but the issue persists.
