This PR exposes the requestWhenInUseAuthorization function to macOS consumers since the function is available on macOS versions 10.15+ (source).

@fire-at-will Can you merge main back into your branch? GitHub Actions removed an environment yesterday so I needed to make an update to our CI setup on main that isn't on your branch.
