better docs and speedy vignettes #54

speed up package/vignette building:

move priors and methods vignettes to articles (https://r-pkgs.org/vignettes.html#sec-vignettes-article)
ensure all model fits in vignette first draw from internal model fits
change recruitment trend internal model fit to include random effects so can be used in tutorial vignette

add hatter-bergerand ref to lambda documentation (following bbouretro) (#51 ) change default to include uncertain morts (#53)

also some checks cleanups

add stats rnorm to namespace (for setting inits)
