feat: Make visitorId configurable #1

Thank you very much for your great dart package. It works like a charm! For my use case I need to specify the visitorId by myself in the app. This Pull Request implements it. I have tested it with my Matomo instance and it works for me :+1:

Thank you for the PR. I'll update the documentation and push a new version on pub.dev in the coming days.
