I'm glad you are interested in BWAILauncher, unfortunately I don't really have the time nowadays to put together something like a video on how to use it.
The program is designed to be pretty straight forward to use, and shouldn't take you long to figure it out. You choose an AI Package at the top (the packages contain sets of AI's organized in different ways, described in the Info section when you choose a package), then you choose your AI's for each race from the lists, then you click "Play!" when you are ready.
One caveat is that this tool will not work with StarCraft Remastered, you will need to have something like StarCraft 1.16 installed to be able to use it (which is free to download, one of the easiest ways is the StarCraft Classic Installer & Downgrader by FaRTy).
Other than that, are you having any specific issues? Maybe I can answer a more specific question.
You could also join the StarEdit.net discord server, there are a lot of talented people there that could probably help with any questions you have as well.
