restructure readme / move some topics to wiki ? #85

What do you think about trimming down the readme and moving some topics (manual installation, "Finish setting up your app" / preparation, examples) to the wiki and link to it from the readme?

Sorry for not doing anything. Currently I'm not doing android stuff, but I will get back to this.
