Added Functionality for Maximum Levels of Zoom in settings

I created the Zoom Level settings in the WP admin panel, fetched the zoom level on the front end, integrated it with app.dev.js, and then minified app.dev.js to app.min.js.

How to push my code? so you can review and integrate with current plugin. Please assets me
