Enhancement request: Ability to close menu by clicking anywhere outside of it #60

Incredibly useful plugin! The slide-out toggle requires the user to re-focus in order to see the new position of the toggle button, and then must click that area to close the toggle. Slightly cumbersome, and would be aided by allowing the user to dismiss the open menu by clicking elsewhere on the page.
