index problem in packages in woko tooling #224

The packages index is not consistent when using the cmd line, e.g. woko create facet :

Several facets package found :
|  1 : com.myapp.facets
|  2 : woko.ext.usermanagement.facets
> In which package would you like to create this facet ? [0] :

Either start at 0 in the list, or change the default choice to 1...
