add support for Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro S RGB using new ProtoCMMK protocol
ProtoCMMK is a hybrid between ProtoPok3r and ProtoCYKB protocols that is used for MasterKeys keyboards with .maaV101 updater signature. This protocol implements the following commands:
version
setversion
reboot
bootloader
info
dump (for patched firmware)
flash
Note: Left wipe command unimplemented/unsupported since it seems unnecessary.
