[SUGGESTION] Tracking for Anime forms for possible future implement #3324

Tracking for old Anime development thread on the discord.

Tracking will be done on the discord thread for easier tracking since no one has done a full episode by episode watch of the full anime recently. I am slowly working on this and adding to the list as I see them in the anime.

Things tracked will be pokemon with their regions, if sprites are created, episode the form originates from, and if the form is accepted or rejected.

Do not have time to complete/maintain list. If somebody else wants to take over and manage the list they are free to do so
