Offline support #306

It would be cool to have the site also work offline and sync the user's dex once they come back online and open up the site.

thanks @SirWindfield! changing the name of the issue to be "Offline support" since that is the feature request (usage of service workers would be one implementation option). thanks so much for your feedback! :)
