Hello, I'm already looking for it but it doesn't seem to be about it. please
I would like to add additional commentary to this idea. Some people have different rules for their complete dexes. Some only consider the base form and some want every gender, regional and alternate forms (like me). Some people even want only the final stage of evolution for their pokedex! Adding an option to include or exclude such variants would help personalize each and every person's pokedex as they hunt it.
My suggestion is to add a checkbox during the creation/editing of a given pokedex that if checked it would include the entries for such pokemon variants as separate:
Gender forms Alternate forms (think Vivillion, Alcremie, Florges, etc.) Regional variants Gmax forms
Side note: I do like the way the current system organizes the pokemon with the regional variants in their separate boxes, however, for alternate forms and gender forms, I would recommend them to be next to each other, but I am sure other people would like the other way.
In contrast to the previous post, I think all "other" forms should be in their own box. This is entirely because what happens when they add another hat for pikachu? You will need to move 1300+ pokemon in HOME to keep the order straight. If they are in a separate box, the worst case is you need to move the whole box one over to make room for another.
Was making my Living Dex and noticed the site does not support forms besides regional forms. Unown, Vivillon, Alcremie and gender differences are the big form changes I would be looking for. Perhaps have it as an option to display and/or have the option to display forms/gender differences as seperate boxes.
