A button you can click on that allows you to zoom out the boxes, so they display in a grid like they do in HOME whenever you look at your boxes, as well as in never pokemon games.
Clicking on a box would lead you directly to where that box is in the main pokedex list.
Being able to see whenever a new region starts would also be helpful. The way i'm imagining it is that the pokemon icons won't display because it's too zoomed out, but the background color of their box slot would still be there, so you can see visually which boxes are missing pokemon. This would make it easier to find where you want to go, as well as quickly traveling to different parts of your pokedex.
