Top of screen should be cut off in Daiku no Gen-san - Robot Teikoku no Yabou (Japan) #65

The top four scanlines of BG rendering are cut off in this game (should appear as all black.) I have confirmed that this does occur in GBP.
EDIT: It looks like background rendering is turned off until scanline 4
EDIT: nevermind this was fixed at some point just not in release yet
