Attempt Mode + other changes:
Disable speedup + savestates + other unwanted emulator functions
Disable loading pre-existing save files (ie, prevent .sav files from being loaded; save files post hard reset can still be used)
Indicators attempt mode is active on hard reset and window border
Toggleable, but on by default (could potentially be treated like GBP platform for PSR releases, not sure)
Cannot be toggled after a ROM is loaded.
