Allow extra section on flair text #303

The issue has been discussed multiple times and rejected because of a lack of space in the user flair. However, if you are willing to add an extra, optional field for SVeX only, I would not be opposed to it. Just be warned that you will get even more complains as people go over the flair limit.

It should probably be added as a separate section of the flair:

1111-2222-3333 || IGN || 0007 || UTC+1

Maybe provide a timezone dropdown instead of a free text area.

My thought was adding an optional field at the end, exactly as you show. We could open it up to anything they want to put in. Will stop people putting weird igns that aren't their igns.

After discussion, we agreed that we would add a free section (with some leading information making sure they realise it's for useful information)
