Filter out common incorrect fcs from alt check #623

I just tested that and it looks that notification about match is filtered out correctly.

As both of FCs are still invalid, the modmail is sent anyway - the only change is that it doesn't contain all the matches. Is that what we wanted to achieve? (I believe that yes, just wanted to make sure)
