Improve setup documentation #75

Need to add database setup info and probably some other stuff.

This will be easier once #85 and the sqlite PR are in. I can do the rest of the setup docs, all I would need from you is a base database structure (sql dump without the actual data in). Would you be able to throw that over some time?
