Release v3 #244

Any issues preventing v3 release should be added to the milestone above. Once it's 100% complete we're ready to mint it. Current release candidate is d20a213 tagged as 3rc0 and can be pulled with:

docker pull ghcr.io/pokepark/pokemonraidbot:3rc0

All currently known issue fixes and feature releases have landed as of 3rc3. At this point we're only pending some documentation improvements.

Some more QoL improvements and plenty of documentation improvements later, 3rc6 seems to be quite complete!

If no further issues pop up during testing today this will likely be promoted to main tonight. Final chance to test @Chefkeks :D
