Support for compressed homebrews #111

Some homebrews are actually compressed ELFs, thus they have a ~PSP header,
and won't be recognized by HBL as an ELF. Afaik, the compression used is
GZip, and firmware has functions to decompress. I don't know if they're
accessable through user mode though (I guess they should).

you could use a homebrew like deladalus to create a unzipping module for hbl 
because it will run a variaty of files compressed in .rar and .zip and very 
slow it will run tar and gz tor files would need would need ctorrent which 
needs a net module im very frustrated as to why its not a high priority to have 
net modules i took a issue temporarly off the list you or wololo are going to 
have to figure somthing out before the next beta of hbl or the people will 
figure out about my cfw 7.20 which you  and wololo are soon tofind out about
