I added a bookmarklet to Poketo a little while back to make it easier to jump from external sites like MangaDex to Poketo, to take advantage of our reader.

This is all well and good, but trying to add a bookmarklet on iOS Safari is a bit of a disaster. Even Instapaper has a crazy walkthrough to help people through the process.

Let's introduce something similar so the bookmarklet can be usable on iOS.

Did a first pass at this with #32
