PFFS and SDFS can now be used in the same program & other fixes

• Made the Petit Fat FS and SD File System to exist at the same time. This is needed to use the best features of both systems: PFFS is significantly faster, but only SDFS can create new files and folders. Added a new example program:"SDCardIO".
• Fixed fileMenu() and changed it to use non-scrolling list for better performance.
• Fixed the font problem in FPS counter
