Violation of mbed licence terms #47

When digging through the sources it suddenly hit me that the files under mbed-pokitto are modified versions of the original mbed files, but the changes aren't documented, so technically the code is violating the terms of the Apache 2.0 licence.

Ah. Ok. since it was bugfixes maybe I'd better document them.
