streamon will cut SFX also in pokSoundIRQ

playSFX and play4bitSFX both force streamon to 1

streamon was intended only for SD music

therefore playing a sfx will force the SD stream to continue

a different check for whether there is an active SFX streaming from flash is needed in the audio interrupt routine
