Pocket Network V0 has a theoretical cap of 3B average daily relays. This is primarily caused by the bloat of Proofs within a Block, which is part of Pocket's fundamental Claim & Proof relay validation lifecycle. This document outlines a theoretical proposal to help scale Pocket Network V0 by several magnitudes through a Probabilistic Proof mechanism. This reduces the amount of space taken up by Proofs within a Block, and does not cause a linear increase in the network's storage requirements as the number of relays grow.
