Provide clear instructions for local setup.
Detail the integration process with the LocalNet/Tilt.

[ ] A detailed guide on how to integrate the locally run Network Dashboard with the LocalNet and Tilt.

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

Troubleshooting specific local setup issues. Users should refer to their respective environments' documentation.
