Objective

Use the facuet to fund development & testing accounts instead of pnf

Goals

Use proper Cosmos SDK and ignite best practices
Avoid confusion leading up to public TestNet & MainNet

Deliverables

[ ] 1. Identify all places where we use pnf to funds test accounts (documentation, Makefile, E2E tests, integration tests, etc...)
[ ] 2. Replace everything in (1) with the facuet

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

Provisioning a public community facing faucet

General deliverables

[ ] Comments: Add/update TODOs and comments alongside the source code so it is easier to follow.
[ ] Testing: Add new tests (unit and/or E2E) to the test suite.
[ ] Makefile: Add new targets to the Makefile to make the new functionality easier to use.
[ ] Documentation: Update architectural or development READMEs; use mermaid diagrams where appropriate.
