Objective

Run a LoadTest on TestNet after TestNet Alpha #1 is launched.

Goals

Run the first LoadTest on TestNet
Prepare a process that can be repeated in the future
Uncover any potential initial issues

Deliverables

[ ] Document the process of how to run a load test on TestNet
[ ] Document how to collect data or get visibility into TesNet
[ ] Run an actual load test on TestNet
[ ] Prepare a TestNet load test manifest

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

Introduce new tooling
